Before 1993

One farm, several generations, one land

Rooted in Saint-Ours for generations, the St-Ours Farm family cultivates the land in Montérégie. St-Ours Farm is developing on several fronts: organic eggs, large-scale farming, and maple syrup production. A comprehensive agricultural vision, rooted in respect for the land.

Between 1993 and 2024

The syrup was already flowing through our veins

Even before Maple MC2, the family harvested maple every spring. A family sugarbush where each flow of sap was a renewed promise with the forest and the seasons.

2024

A brand-new sugar shack

In 2024, the family is investing in the construction of a brand-new sugar shack with modern equipment and optimized processes. The infrastructure is designed to produce exceptional organic maple syrup, living up to the ambition of Maple MC2.

Feb. 2025

A new forest section to double production

In February 2025, a new section of forest will be integrated into the maple grove. The objective is clear: to double maple syrup production capacity to ensure a long-term local and sustainable supply.

March 2025

Maple MC2 is launched, pure nature

In March 2025, Maple MC2 will be officially launched. Born from decades of maple syrup expertise by the Bourgeois-Lefebvre family. This natural sports drink is made from organic maple syrup from the family sugar bush in Saint-Ours, Quebec.
