Maple MC² is a story of family, forest, and passion. For generations, our sugar bush in Saint‑Ours has been part of our daily life, know‑how, and identity.
To honor this heritage while looking toward the future, we have developed a next‑generation sugar bush equipped with efficient collection systems, durable materials, and rigorous safety protocols. Our goal is to ensure maple water of impeccable quality while reducing our impact on the forest.
Everything starts with carefully harvested maple sap, naturally transformed and used as the base for our drinks — without chemicals, without additives, just the essentials.
Through Maple MC², we aim to offer a healthy, local, and sustainable alternative to traditional sports drinks. Transparency, ingredient quality, and respect for the environment guide every step of our production.

Organic
The maple used in our sports drinks is organic, meaning it is produced according to very strict standards designed to protect our natural environments. From managing the sugar bush to tapping the trees and cleaning the equipment, everything is done to minimize the ecological footprint of production.
Local
Our maple is produced in Saint‑Ours, Montérégie, in our family sugar bush. It’s the same forest our grandfather tapped, although today’s standards are much stricter. We are always working to improve our practices to further reduce our environmental impact.
Eco‑responsible
Our maple production is certified organic, but environmental responsibility doesn’t stop there. We are currently upgrading our production infrastructure so we can confidently achieve carbon‑neutral maple production. We’re almost there - stay tuned! We are also working on developing eco‑responsible packaging.
