These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTCS”) apply to all sales of products concluded by MapleSport, la Puissance de l’Érable with customers located in Canada, through its transactional website.

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS, without reservation.

MapleSport, la Puissance de l’Érable offers food products made from maple sugar, including in particular sports drinks, syrups, and derivative products.

The products are manufactured, packaged, and labeled in compliance with applicable Canadian laws and regulations, including the Safe Food for Canadians Act and the Food and Drugs Act.

4. Orders

MapleSport, la Puissance de l’Érable reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, out-of-stock products, or incomplete or incorrect delivery information.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout.

Payment is made through a secure payment platform. No order will be shipped until full payment has been received.

6. Delivery

MapleSport, la Puissance de l’Érable delivers its products within Canada only.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Damaged Products or Lost Packages

If a product is received damaged, incomplete, or non-compliant, the customer must notify MapleSport within seven (7) days of receipt, providing reasonable proof.

After verification, a replacement or refund will be offered.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the food nature of the products sold, no right of withdrawal applies, except in the event of a defective or non-compliant product or damage incurred during transport.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns are accepted only in the situations provided for above.

Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days after approval.

10. Liability and Product Use

MapleSport guarantees compliance with Canadian food safety standards.
